BANNED FOR GAME CRASHING WHILE QUEUEING???

Why am i getting a 6hr ban for queuing into a match and then it crashes while queuing, I load back up after the game needing to verify game files for some reason and I'm banned like wtf? No isng of being in a match yet this game is still queuing my account...BS!

The same thing just happened to me - a 6-hour ban, and I didn't even get put into the starting lobby. I was just chilling in the citadel when the queue stopped, and once I restarted it, I was banned for 6 hours. Hopping off for the night, but I'm worried it might affect future cooldowns if it were to happen again.
