I was queued in the lobby with some friends trying out Apollo when I made the mistake of using his Ult JUST as the game connected. The game crashed and I tried to reboot to reconnect in time. I was given the Reconnect prompt but it still failed to load. I was then served a 2 hour ban. I try again today after the ban was supposed to be over only to find this message waiting for me that I'm now banned for even longer.
I only have one prior leave on my record, I'm not sure what I can do to prevent this from happening in the future.
