Banned for crashing after each new hero

Every time, without fail, after a new hero is released I get a game breaking crash that requires file verification, or it get stuck on "Downloading update 0%". Now the ban timer has ramped up to 6 hours and I'm sure its a matter of time before I'm fully banned. I've tried to preemptively update and verify before a match after a new release, but it hasn't worked. Can I get my ban counter reset please???

Bumping this too because of a similar issue- I don't think mine is specifically due to new heroes (it MAY be, perhaps more server load?) and I do not have crashes or issues with downloads/file validation, but I am having major issues with being reset to lobby and it then issuing bans. I understand WHY you'd issue bans if it looks like people are quitting out after matchmaking, but this is not a case where I have quit out, I have been reset to lobby by the game, cross fingers the bans can be reset and/or the issue fixed!

Hopefully, but I've been checking around the forums and similar issues to ours don't seem to be resolved at least not publicly? I'll have faith, but I'm gonna watch and keep you posted. I just met you brotato, but I got your back! lol
