Ban for 2 days because of the game crashing

I got a ban today because my game crashed. It literally froze my whole pc and after like 5 mins i found a shortcut to reset gpu drivers i did so and it worked again. Sadly i got a ban anyway despite joining game again and helping my team greatly.

Fix: WIN + CTRL + SHIFT +B at the same time
