Balloons (6400 Soul)
When activated, three balloons appear above the user, allowing them to float and maneuver through the air with controlled, similar to Grey Talon or Vindicta-style flight. Each balloon represents a health layer and can be individually popped by damage. As balloons are destroyed, flight stability decreases; once all three are popped, the effect ends and the user falls to the ground.
