Ballistic Enhancement and Ivy's Stone Form

It seems that you can imbue her Stone Form with Ballistic Enhancement, but you cannot gain any stacks of the buff even if you hit people or creeps with it!

The range properly applies to it, but you cannot gain the passive buff through damage with it.

It seems this bug applies strictly to her stone form. The passive buff can be gained properly on both Entangling Thorns and Air Drop (both selfcast and ally versions).

I just ran into the same problem. Appreciate your OP. I stack a bunch of damage buffs triggered onto stoneform to take advantage of the stun window. Ballistic enchantment gives you the 'ping' sound as if stoneform was preventing an attack on self. Please fix big 20-40% damage upgrade AND a bigger stomp is huge for ivy.
