One question: how is it that I'm able to play against a high-damage MVP who only has 10 games on his account and only has 1 Steam level?

Every time I see the top damage dealer, the top KDA dealer, I look at his account, and it's brand new.

Maybe you could make a separate sandbox for them?

Valve doesn't care man. Every Valve game is filled with cheaters, smurfs, account buyers and sellers, and bots.

This game is in desperate need of a DRAFT SYSTEM.

Both a draft difference, and felt like our Apollo and Yamato was really struggling in this ELO while Venator was doing way over his performance, but couldn't carry the game due to the said under-performance of Apollo and Yamato. Enemy team having multiple synergizing S+ Characters (Lash, Dynamo, Wraith) while we had only Venator. Felt pretty rough trying to do anything.
