Bad Matchmaking Thread

The last to matches were horrendous. The matchmaking time was less than 5 sec and everytime that happens the matches are the most bullshit, unbalanced waste of time. We got literally stomped in both of them. I rather wait a couple of minutes and play the hero I want AND get good matchmaking. Having the overall rank of both teams be the same but 2 teammates clearly being new or having way lower rank is not good matchmaking. You guys are not Ubisoft

Yes, Statlocker is not accurate. But it was clear as day while playing that this game should have NEVER existed. They just shat on us from second one, it tooks us like two rounds to get ONE kill in.
 
The matchmaking in this game has got to be on of the most horrendous things I've experienced from match making in games. EVERY solo q came if I don't become the 2nd coming of Jesus the game is a loss. and even in games where i pop off you've put numbskulls on my team and its jus gg cause they sell the whole game. I'm not even very good at the game and i think the rank I'm in roughly reflects the skill i have in the game. but the matchmaking makes the games so dreadful cause in games i should win you've put people on my team that don't know how to play the game. In my last game i had 95k souls, 150k player dmg, 30 kills, like 20k obj dmg and so on. i was pretty much the top in every category and there's things i coulda prolly done different to win but my team absolutely sold cause they just dont know how to play like all we had to do was kill he final turret thing and my team wants to run and go save one person in narnia instead of ending and we jus lose because they don't wanna win the game. i look up the one of the gusy that was like 1/8 and hes emissary 5 im ritualist 2, yeah he had some assist but most were on my kills were not much help was needed as i could 2v1 pretty much everyone in the lobby and when i would do these things no one would take advantage of them. so youre telling me someone that was as bad as he is made it to emissary 5 but im chillin in ritualist 2 cause i get forced loses because of solo q
 
WTF is this matchmaking? Like seriously you want to ship this game out in this state? Good luck, this is not DOTA where people cant wait to be screw over and over. there will be 1 million people on launch but let see if somebody stay after honeymoon phase. How do you even find people with soooooooooooo big skill gap? Literally WTF Yoshi??????????????

Hey, it's me again. I took a break and came back. I don't know what's happened but it's gotten worse. Every game for the last day, yes all the last day, I've had teammates from anywhere from initiate to ritualist in my lobbies with me being the only archon (5-6) or very few others and I guess the matchmaker expects me to carry them, and sure, fine. I can't do that if my teammates run down the enemy and feed 0/10 in 10 minutes. I ignore it, try to farm, but this isn't a skill issue. This is, people who don't fundamentally understand moba mechanics just thinking this is a hero shooter. The game is not designed for 1 vs 6 the entire game. I'm on a ten lose streak, from oracle back to archon 4, and I've been patient and understanding as I can be. I gave up on ranking up till there is some kind of split que or other big update, but like, I legit can't win these games for people who don't understand the mechanics. You want me to carry ten back to back wins as an IVY or ABRAMS, when my team is turbo feeding? I know it's the algorithm matchmaker, but like I'm tired of writing these posts, the game just isn't fun anymore. Can we at least separate by hours played? I don't know man, I've tried being reasonable here, I just can't for the life of me figure out why there hasn't been some kind of update to address it. Out of ten games, I gave up in one of them I admit, cause every time I did anything the enemy team would rotate or wipe my entire team first. But the others? My friend was laughing with me because they were feeding so hard. Please, do something, anything at this point. See my other posts, but this is just laughable and kind of shows nothing is being done about it whatsoever. 1776639680264.jpeg

A very rough game. My team mates seemed quite new to the game and played very aggressively when being down in souls . As well with the Vindicta had a very good aim with the sniper.
 
List of Unbalanced games on past few days"

1. 76994613 - my team lost all 3 lanes, was a 25 minute sweep, Emissary 2 ish mmr. match lasted 26 minutes.
2. 76800065 - parly on me, but 2 lanes lost in under 6 minuytes drifter swept us, felt *way* above skill level and ran rough shod.
3. 76549391 - 22 minute match, once again all 3 lanes lost horrendously.

General thought: if the matchmaker is putting into a game where all 3 lanes are lost? yeah good luck, you're just about to get stomped.

A good game should have an early game that is not a full stomp by either team, but either, 1 team gets 2 lanes, and third wins (slight disadvantage can come back) or 1 team wins a lane, then by 9 we have people ganking to win the last one.

Any game with all 3 lanes being lost feels incredibly lobsided in the enemy's favor and probably going to be an L, and tells me "we were dead from the get go"

Why on gods green earth after climbing to Oracle over the course of 300+ games on a long standing account am I getting place in matches at Emissary 5? This is ridiculous I'm so tired of never getting put on evenly matched teams. Absolutely sick of it

Every game feels the same. It seems like matchmaking just can’t figure out how to create balanced matches. If you don’t carry the entire game, it feels like you can’t win.

I don’t know if it’s the 6v6 format (too much variance), smurfs, or just the matchmaking system failing to do its job. Meanwhile, the other team never seems to have a weak player. Every match feels like an uphill battle.
