i had about 7 minute queue in around archon 1 mmr, i play in eu but i somehow ended up on latin america servers, it was not playable, i tried for a while but i ultimately gave up as there was no chance for me to achieve anything with ping over 250. i learned i can restrict what servers you want to play on and did that for future but the system failed in this instance.

Problem #1) I have had Bebop as my "Avoid" hero for the past week, and every single game, WITHOUT FAIL has had a bebop on the enemy team. This feature is functionally useless.
Problem #2) Our team had no "gun carries." We did not have any DPS gun heroes on our team to farm, get fed, and carry the game. No Wraith, Haze, Venator, or Mirage. As such, our team got absolutely fucking stomped. Fix your matchmaking NOW.

While I would say the individual skill level of this game is pretty fair, the team comp SUCKS ASS. How is their team comp way more all rounded, like their heroes could cover SO MUCH GROUND. Mobility, support, tank, carry, and all of them could scale so well, and they literally had everything, while my team might do slightly ok in the first 15 or so minutes, and then it's a lost WITHOUT A SINGLE DOUBT. Hell, their Wraith could disappear for 10 minutes to AFK farm, her whole team could just go again our full team without breaking a sweat. If I say the skill level is evenly matched, it's very obvious that it's the team comp being overly one-sided from the beginning. The match was so decided the moment we see our team comp, and it's not even our choice. Devs, our team comps were all in your hands, and you decided to fuck us all over with this shitty system? That whole "at least 2 frontliners per team" thing felt so half assed as well, often times we get heroes that are nowhere near our definition of "frontliners". The very obvious example of the devs being so out-of-touch is having the gave to give teams Shiv as a "frontliner", while their design for the hero is a tank but not a frontliner

Two lanes managed to go a collective 0-21 BY 18 MINUTES.
I have never seen MM this bad in any other game I've played over 20+ years of multiplayer gaming.

I've fucking had it with you fucking devs. Your matchmaking is so fucking bad I actually want to fucking kill myself. No game has made me rage like this fuck ass game. It's so fucking ridiculous. I fucking hate it when devs make the bullshit excuse of precious queue times instead of just making fucking fair matches. JUST ADD FUCKING QUICKPLAY! IT'S SUCH A FUCKING SIMPLE SHORT TERM SOLUTION!

three people left the match early in the game and two were grievers at this point this game isnt fun at all. To the point my skill rating is dropping to a level called Hell. The match was filled with people thats just throwing or skill match ups were on another level due to smurfs.

ADD NORMS/QUICKPLAY BACK INTO THE GAME AS A SEPERATE QUEUE MODE SO PEOPLE CAN CHOOSE TO JUST HAVE FUN OR PLAY COMPETITIVELY
I WOULD RATHER QUEUE FOR 10 MINUTES+ EVERYGAME AND GET GOOD BALANCED LOBBIES
