Bad Matchmaking Thread

Will you ever upgrade your fucking matchmaking you fucks? Litterally impossible to play or win this with such teams.

Fuck you, go bankrupt and fucking rot in whatever circle of dev hell you've put yourself in.

Before our Warden left we were already behind. Laning phase was awful. My teammate wouldn't play with me. Meanwhile the people we were against were double pushing me. They were playing as a team and snowballed our objectives. Our Viscous booped me into the enemy team with puddle punch. I was the only one to get a walker and I died for it. I asked for help to get a walker but my team would only team fight and lose. No one was putting side lane pressure when big fights were happening but their team seemed to rotate quickly when I push objectives. Overall mismatch of skill.

Once again, Eternus 3 vs Eternus 4 match. Eternus 4 won.

It truly doesn't feel fair when you know the divisions matter so much more in higher ranks than in lower ranks. Very unfair matchmaking in my opinion.

I don't think the matchmaking was at fault on that one. But it's the ranking system as a whole, too easy to rank up and too hard to rank down:

These games made me go from Ritualist 2 to Ritualist 6. Me and my friend are all failing forward, when we get a win we gain 1 rank, when we lose, we gain half a rank aswell, it's not even a matter of me being a carry either, I've ranked up on games where I was something like 2-6!
Still loving the game but I hope you guys can tweak some of those numbers to get something more balanced rankwise
 

Multiple games, where he griefs and threatens his team​

He did it in 2 of my games, first game he was on the other team and decided to afk in base, 2nd game he was on my team and decided to afk in base. I checked the replay of one more match and he decided to go afk in base. THIS WAS ALL IN ONE DAY, not even leaving just holding his team hostage.

This guy has been doing this for ages, and yet no ban.
 
I got to Archon 5 and then immediately got thrown into a blender of 10 straight losses. Every single match from this run shows that both my team and the other team were an aggregate of Emissary 2,3,4 or 5. With my rank being Archon 5, I wonder what the comp of my team is compared to the other teams given that I assume it makes the post match rating an average of what those teams are. I usually play supports so it's near impossible to carry alone even if I am in a lower elo. Just feels really weird. Each game in this stretch has been a BEATDOWN too. In this match (69686561) the far left lane was a combined 0-10 ten minutes into the match and the other team had a lower elo than us at the end and slaughtered us. I know that you get bad runs every now and then but this stretch feels really weird and not fun lately

Extreme team diff. No one bought any counters for Haze untill I started talking about it. Also Venator just randomly died here and there even after being told several times by the team to not wonder around.

according to statlocker (probably not 100% accurate ik, but it's what i have to work off of) my team - hidden king, had 3 seekers and 1 archon player in an alchemest lobby, while the other team had 2 initiates and an anarchest. the match was lost from ~10 mins in and felt terrible to play since half our team wasn't able to get things done. we did have a leaver but we'd have lost even with him

What are we supposed to do when the enemy team gets 4 heavy roaming heroes PLUS billy to frontline? If we started any fight, their whole team is there. If anyone was alone, they get jumped by the whole team. If someone split push, they get jumped by the whole team. Drifter got to end the game with 70 stacks because every fight was just in their favor numbers wise. Genuinely don't know how that was supposed to be playable for our team outside of laning phase. Also having both Dynamo and Rem felt like a middle finger comp-wise.
