I believe there may be an issue or inconsistency with the ranking system. In the attachment, you can see my recent matches. I have 14 wins in my last 16 games, but I have not yet ranked up from Ascendant 6 to Eternus 1. I understand that ranking up at this level should be challenging; however, my recent win rate is close to 90%.
Additionally, in most of these matches I am the top player in terms of player damage, objective damage, and net worth, which I believe should also be taken into account.

I would appreciate clarification on how ranking progression works in this situation.
EDIT: According to deadlocktracker.gg, my current Elo is 2104. For comparison, the average Elo for Ascendant 6 is listed as 1855, while Eternus 5 starts at around 2080 Elo. This suggests that my current rank may not be updating correctly and that the issue could be related to rank display rather than actual progression. A similar situation occurred a few weeks ago, when ranks required an update.
This is assuming that the Elo data shown on deadlocktracker.gg is accurate.

id 50758528 Worst matchmaking I have ever experienced. We were down 22% at 8 min mark. They had all guardians up after taking last walker. Even the text logs show that both teams were complaining that the game was so unbalanced

Played 5 matches today and every one of them had at least two hackers in them with aimbots. All headshots. Going 15+/0 - doing over 55-60k dmg under 22 minutes. Fucking nuts.

I would really rather just wait longer than end up in matches with skill disparity like this.
Our team:
Duo 1: Me and a friend playing heroes we don't normally play. We're at two ends of the bottom 2 tiers.
Duo 2: 2 Unranked Fresh installs
Duo 3: Someone fairly new and someone reasonably experienced
Rank disparity across the entire team is just across the bottom two tiers, seems kind of reasonable I think?
Enemy team:
Trio 1: 2 experienced players, 1 fresh install
Trio 2: 2 Unranked Fresh Installs, 1 Extremely experienced player, almost 5 tiers above anyone else in the server
This is not a balanced roster.
The first trio averages just above us, the second trio has someone so far above us that it doesn't even matter who he's playing with, he's going to dominate us.
And he did!
I don't think this kind of rank disparity should be possible, I would genuinely prefer to wait longer for a match than commit to 30 minutes of this.
I would really rather just wait longer than end up in matches with skill disparity like this.

Players with < 20k damage should be on their own game mode because they are not playing the game if their version of play is missing majority of spells, fleeing fights after telling team to play then even lowest initiate given time can get 20k+ damage but if game time is 30 mins+ then they are clearly not fit for playing the game
