Matchmaking is totally broken and not teaming you with players within ur rank/teamplay ability. There should be option to choose favored communication like VOICE or PING/CHAT. In almost every match I am put on the same team with people who are completely incapable of team play and the result is always the same - Loss. Then when you try to tell them that we should play as a team towards the object, these brats report you for communication.. It is incomprehensible that I have received several communication bans because some brat just can't stand to take instructions even though his stats are like 0 - 11.. And I get a communication ban when I try to tell them to play as a team and not feed the enemy.. Incomprehensible.

Players like McGinnis should be permabanned. That's not hyperbole. I made some kind of "mistake" in their eyes despite winning a fight against Haze to trade her properly, so she decides to afk the rest of the game and ruin it for all.

Not McGinnis! McGinnis taped a key down so she would never be afk tagged, thus not receiving any penalty for her actions. This is out and out circumvention of penalty mechanics, they KNOW they are doing something wrong, there's not a trial to be had. Players like this ruin the game and should be kicked out.

50322200 got put with actual bots. paradox did not hit a carbine or swap the entire game...actually worse than a bot. rest of the team went 0-10 each... Looks like after a win streak the game goes full retard

What is there to even say atp @Yoshi ? All three of these games I am killing everything on mina and have double digit kills by 15 minutes. I do everything to carry by team in the early game but you give me such handless apes that still can't do anything on the map with their carry characters once their builds come online in the mid-late game. They will literally blow 15-20k soul leads by just blatantly feeding.
How retarded do you have to be to not be able to do anything with Mirage at the 30 min+ mark? Not sure. Didn't think it was possible. Happens in two of these games though.

How do I get two (arguably 3) hyper carries on my team and they all can't manage to tie their shoes? I'm also doing more than them on lash into a team which has 3 characters that can fade my abilities with their base kit.
Actually does not matter what you do in this game and its even worse when you're not playing carries. This game was so far out of my hands its incomprehensible and it still is when I drop 20+ on a carry.

I really have no idea if I have terrible luck or that this game really hates me so I'm always matched with teams with huge skill discrepancy. The outcome of the games are always overly one-sided, and among all these games, I can count to perhaps 2 that are more evenly matched. In games that are more evenly matched, I would still be fine with them even if they were lost matches.
I started from Oracle II, dropped to Oracle I, and maintained at Oracle I for some time. The second last game, I was trying out a new hero, lost the game, dropped me straight to Archon V, alright, fine, whatever. The latest game dropped me straight to Archon III? Excuse me, but what in the flying fuck is this?
If you can see the dates of my play, yes, the gaming experience in this game is so terrible that I had to time myself out from playing, because there's no properly implemented behaviour score system set in the game, I got consistently matched with unevenly players that were unevenly distributed in the games I played.
I really can't understand. There are 11 different ranks, and 6 sub-ranks in each rank, yet the game's matchmaker couldn't do a better job at matching players with evenly matched players? I have been complaining about this rubbish matchmaker since I started playing this game, and yet it's still not fixed yet.
Also, playing in the SEA server is so goddamn insufferable, because I have to play with a flood of players that should be walled inside their walls (I won't mention what kind of players I'm referring to but you might know what I'm referring to). There should be an option whereby players get to choose the preferred language, thereby filtering players that don't speak the same language out in matches. I don't believe the player base is so small that this option can't be implemented. I don't mind longer watch times, as long as the match quality is good. As of now, every single thing about the matchmaker is absolute dogshit. I don't care much about the contents, I only care about having a good gaming experience in this game.
I absolutely love this game, and it's the competitive game that I've played so far, and by far. But goddamn, it's as if the developers don't care enough about how the gaming experience is for the players. Sorry again, but for fuck's sake, this issue with the matchmaker has been plaguing the game for as long as the game's existence. My experience is clearly reflected on the lack of games despite my love for the game. Fix your goddamn matchmaker.
