I'm on a new account trying to learn new heroes. I'm running into Smurfs every game. I have been chat banned for trash talking them, I've been report banned for reporting them. It is a disgrace to let people like this ruin games freely and I get punished for "Being mean" to them. Here are my last 2 games. Both crushing losses. I'm so close to permanently deleting this game.

48647035 nobody in the lobby seemed to know how to use a mouse
3rd game in a row. Half of enemy team are high rank smurfs. They won down a player. Half of my team felt like bots AND I cannot communicate with them because I got mass reported BY smurfs. This would be a great game if they could fix this.

Why is there so much difference in actual team skill?
My team barely cast any spells, abilities or active in lane or team fight compared to enemies

48587102 I mean cmon 0-12-5 from 2 of my tm8s 1-11-6 for another. 3 ppl with less than 2k obj damage. under 30k souls after 28min. nothing about this match was fair

Valve literally DO NOT CARE. Smurfs and cheaters will be in basically every lobby. See CS2 for how poorly they treat their games being ruined by smurfs and cheaters.

Genuinely atrocious how the green lane were blaming each other for underperforming while using racial slurs and then just deciding to go afk in teamfights when they weren't itemizing well.
Granted, I could have also played better, but it genuinely became a steamroll where they got 70k ahead of us at some point. Unbelievably one-sided and unfun game to play.

It shouldn't genuinely be allowed this matchmaking. It's so unbelieveably atrocious, only one other person used comms, the enemy seven was 10k ahead of us the moment from the start, Mo wasn't participating in fights, Wraith did less damage than me and just genuinely there's no coordination when the enemy was just steamrolling and using movement tech that I've only ever seen in eternus.
I genuinely feels so damn unfair playing this game. I genuinely want to give up atp with how awful matchmaking has been again the past few weeks.

All of the losses above were forced losses, including the end game screenshot.
Whatever the developers are doing, its braindead. Punish you for winning several games in a row by stacking your team with feeders, and the opposite team with high rank ultra sweats.
Obviously they have no intention to fix this or they just dont know how, either way, its going to kill this game.
Thats 6 forced losses, guarantee the next game takes forever to find a match, because it needs to FORCE a win now.
Knew it, 100% win. Obvious forced wins and forced losses. Pay attention gamers.
Its so obvious the games are rigged to prevent someone from winning too often. It forced a win, then it tried to force another, 2 people DC'd within the first 5 mins because we were stomping, then the next game has to be a forced loss, its the only thing these devs know.
So insanely predictable, not even mad anymore, its obivous the developers dont know how to fix the match making, so they just force wins/losses.
