are these normal games??? how is it possible to have most dmg, obj damage and still lose cause I play with some people that are ranked way lower???? Why are devs not responding and why are they leaving the queue in this state? What the actual fuck ?

Just a miserable draft difference. Enemy team having M1 heroes like Wraith, Infernus, two tanks (Mo and Abrams), one gun-based support (Ivy) and one pick hero (Vindicta) while our team had 2 spirit-based supports (Dynamo, Paige), 3 pick heroes (Mina, Drifter, Talon) and one "tank" (Billy). Felt just pretty unfair when they had the advantage the entire match. Once again, 3 miserable losses in a row which could have been prevented with a proper draft & punishment system.

Once again a draft difference. 2 supports, 1 gun-tank-hybrid, 1 burst damage and one frontliner/tank vs M1 hero, 2 tanks, 1 disruptor and 1 teamfight/pick + 1 support hero. Felt like our Infernus was doing bad too, people just running in to die alone all the time. Frustrating.
 
whats the point of balance changes when the game's core mechanic is in abysmal garbage state, none of it matters the games are so horrible that you don't really experience any part of deadlock. idk wtf is wrong with the dev team i really don't get it. winning is not fun losing is not fun this game is dogshit.

Another one. Felt like own team, minus shiv, was just underperforming and not showing up at all into the correct fights or even being able to coorinate a teamfight since the enemy team was just able to constantly steamroll us. Absolutely unbelieveable how awful matchmaking has been today. 5 losses, 2 wins. Unenjoyable as hell.

Do not post matchids for games that were within the past 24 hours from this post. Games older than that are fine and games going forward are fine.

79596826 - Entire enemy team was fed early, only one kill for Hidden King in the last 12 minutes of the game. A substantial difference in skill that at no point felt even. Kills ended 61-12, and Hidden King was down 80k souls by the end of the game

Main issue is that in each match there as at least one person feeding, not going jungle, new, or no team comp. If someone is going bellow a .33 or a .25 KD there is a serious issue. If you are paired with them you can almost guarantee a loss if the other team is good, these games should not result in lost ELO for the people doing good as it is quite clearly a team comp issue. The people preforming poorly need a major ELO loss as they are going to ruin more games, not do anything themselves, and further screw up match making. It is really tiring trying to take this game seriously when the MM is this broken. Winning just means getting lucky. losing means you got unlucky. Sometimes you can dominate the lobby but that isn't fun for either team as it just feels stale. If that happen there needs to be a major boost to people with a 5kd or greater.

How can this be fixed:
Instead of starting at the lowest rank start at Alchemist and let people that are doing well rank up. If a person is a repeated hinderance to the team derank them bellow the starting point fully removing them from genuine gameplay.

MVP or key players that out preform the lobby should be given a significant boost.

3 bot match wins, Initiate or rumble matches before you can play a character in public lobbies, this makes sure they can at least use the character for basic gameplay. This takes about an hour to do but will ensure everyone knows their characters. If someone has never played a character in Alchemist it doesn't make sense why they can be allowed to ruin games.

People that are not in a party with a person that leaves should not have ELO loss as throws off MM. If someone is leaving in a party the entire party should still lose ELO but not solo players.

4-5 wins at MOST to rank up.

These fixes are NOT perfect but would be a starting point to make the game better.
 
Three cheaters found queuing together in-game

Cheaters: Vindicta and Haze, Yamato queued together with them

I had a run-in with the haze in another match at ID: 78495651 where they played infernus

Both games they were throwing slurs at me for communicating. In the last match played they were aimbotting on haze with the vindicta and the enemy team used all-chat to inform us that they were repeat cheaters and account boosters. Please check in-game chat logs for full discussions, I muted them at the start of the match for all of them being toxic in VC.

79630185 - yaay, I love trying to learn a character in a live match and being match with sweats that group ult one person. Stupid fucking Valve at it again with no sense of a match maker
