Bad Matchmaking Thread

Wraith, Infernus and Drifter seemed to just not be doing well at all. Drifter kept running in 1v6 to die almost all the time and Infernus and Wraith were just not at E2 level. It was also clear they had more synergizing heroes than us and it was just not winnable in any sense.

Dynamo and Infernus were not doing well here at all. The Mina is the same Infernus as in the above match and they were borderline struggling. Felt like there was genuinely a skill difference.

I moved from Germany on a Desktop to South Korea on a Laptop. I have an overall 46% winrate over all characters and was Alch2 ish in Europe. The game put me in obscurus my first game in korea but threw me into Emissary. I then went 1/7 for matches, ALWAYS a deeply negative K/D, like 2/11 KD.

My games in Europe were fine, why did the matchmaking reset? Why didn't it start me LOWER since I have a horrible overall win rate? Why do I have to suffer through 10 hours of getting stomped before I can actually have fun again?

Draft difference as enemy team had multiple strong heroes (Kelvin, Mirage, Calico, Venator, Infernus) that synergizes well and also seemed like Seven struggled immensely in this elo. Unpleasant game where they just steamrolled us.

This match was just absolutely heinous. The other team took it quite well all things considered, I guess at some point it just becomes funny. I don't get nearly as mad as most others here, but I do absolutely feel like the matchmaking has gotten worse somehow. 1775329333867.png

I'm oracle 3

Half the people in this lobby said they were low Archon so how does MM say this was an oracle 2 lobby.. My teammates didn't listen to a single plea from me and haze to stop w-keying, 5 of my deaths were simply from diving the enemies trying to get my teammates out so they wouldn't be stunted further and could be actually effective rather than pea shooters. Please fix matchmaking soon because it's getting really bad..

Another draft difference where enemy got several very strong heroes that synergizes so well together (Kelvin, Celeste, Wraith, Infernus, Dynamo) while being M1 heroes and our team not having a single proper M1 hero (or split-pusher type hero) like Wraith.

Enemy team having three proper frontline heroes (Shiv, Lady Geist, Apollo) while our team had technically only Yamato. Felt like a draft difference again when they had three very strong heroes (Geist, Celeste, Apollo) and our team had multiple heroes that isn't as overpowered.

Unbelievably frustrating day with MM where it feels like no matter what, the game is doomed from the start to be a loss.

Was playing with an Apollo who was doing noticeably bad plays. I asked him over VC if this was his first match in the game to which he replied, "Nah, this is my second."

Played with a Warden who was brand new to the game. He went 0/17.

I've got about 100 hours into the game at this point and I'm fairly comfortable with the mechanics of the characters I play and the map itself, but getting paired up with people that are new to the game completely takes the fun out of it for both parties.

When I started, being that I was also completely new to this game, my rank tanked all the way down to the bottom. The climb back up through Initiate was actually mostly fun and felt balanced, but now that I'm in Seeker, I keep getting people in my games that are brand new and the games feel significantly lopsided and less fun.

wow another 11 stack with 5 intentional feeders! Huh...that's only 400 in a row with 3-5 feeders on my team, and not a single one on the enemy team ever...huh......maybe 20 KDA average players should not get negative kda players as teammates? just a thought....1775336739981.jpeg
 
How you can literally for 400 games in a row, gives my 5 'teamamtes" that have more INDIVIDUAL deaths per game than I do my last 100 COMBINED, I just don't get it....not once has an enemy ran down lane feeding, and yet every match for 400 iv'e had that, for over 300 it's the person you put in my lane, it's so beyond retardedidly blatent and intentional that you grief my account, i just don't get it....

I don't care if all 11 are 1 iq or literal God, just make them equal.....not I get the 5 0/xx/0's while their team is all 20/4 b/c I still go 20/0 1v11 b/c I don't intentional feed and this game is so retard easy.
 
This isn't fucking normal. I've won a grand total of FOUR games out of sixteen, and in almost every single loss, one of the lanes that isn't mine dies at least three times before I can even get my second god damn ability. I have literally 0 chance to ever impact the game in any way shape or form, because no matter how well I do, the game's over before I can even get items. In this particular game me and rem managed to get multiple kills on both the seven and the warden, while only giving them one, but they still took the guardian before us because their geist and viscous could start roaming after getting fed. How am I supposed to ever enjoy this game? My actual rank is around ritualist, yet here I am losing games in fucking ALCHEMIST because the game constantly forces me to play with barely sentient entities like this single digit damage appollo or this billy who just afk farmed and screamed german slurs in voicechat.1775338477229.png

Worst player on enemy team was 8-5-10 and every enemy player had over 10 assists, they participated and actually played. Then my teammate(0 13 one) was afk for 6minutes.
60k souls difference.

This is just inacceptable matchmaking. The worst part is, it is not surprising in the slightless that my games go like this. It does not matter if I am playing solo or with a friend.

I love this game so much and it is so saddening that I cannot enjoy this game because of it's matchmaker.

Bad Matchmaking update.

Me and my friend dominated our lane, while others were dominated. Enemy Dynamo took a kill less than a minute in. Early game was quite even. Mid game our Graves was obviously throwing, not using ult at all and when she used it was to clear camps and with egg till 25 minutes. There should be a way to see each individual ranks in the game, because disparity between teams is massive, our teammates while trying get steamrolled, while enemy team doesn't even try to be decent. And of course this is not an isolated match, there are plenty of these and there will be plenty more until something is done.


VALVE. PLEASE. FIX.
