Bad Matchmaking Thread

I don't know exactly what happened, but after playing duo with a friend that had a lower rank than me the game is unplayable now.
It completely broke the matchmaking algorithm for some reason and my rank doesn't move at all.
Is it possible to reset my account?

enemy side had two eternus players. with over 2000 and 3000 matches.
and then my team had players with aorund 50 and 300 matches.
Just looking on the external stats side... all enemy players had far more experience etc. my whole team just played defensiv for 20min because calcio already had 15 kills after 10mins. at min 20 over 45k souls.
the newest players with just rank seeker or so laned against eternus players... even a trio.

Just going to put that in here: Your matchmaking is THE worst i have seen in years.
It's frustrating, barely functional and i do not know what the hell you are trying to do.
Constantly getting people with 10 to 20 death before 35 minutes feeding, not listening and litterally doing nothing all game. Bots are actually better on hard.
That and i had quite a lot of times, complete newbies that didn't even know that dashing was a thing or what keybind to chat.
I know people can have bad games but this is absolutely ridiculous
