If my partner (Mo Krill) doesn't care about lane management, doesn't even think about shooting to stop enemies, and just runs around smashing crates, what can I do? Should I manage it alone?

haze in my team cheats and the enemy infernus perfect aiming also cheats its pretty low elo so he became a great player over night xDDDDDD
