I don't know if there is a place to report cheaters but matched with a very difficult to detect cheater - They had walls and had altering bullet trajectories that SOMETIMES tracked targets which is why it was difficult to detect. Played the match and early game I felt very suspicious and started deliberately playing near walls and hiding and seeing how they acted and they expectedly prefired or shot the wall a lot throughout the match. Watched during replay during various sections, very clear they are aware of where we are with absolutely no vision, and their bullet trajectory in many situations is very suspicious where they are not directly looking at enemy troopers / enemies and yet the bullets are somehow curving to hit the enemy multiple times.

Wallhacks: 1:17 Abrams is not in vision at all until 1:27, and yet at 1:25 they stare directly at Abrams through a wall, and when Abram jumps up the bridge - still hasn't been seen or made much noise - the immediately jump up and start shooting at Abrams. They do it again the moment Abrams attempts to jump the bridge at 1:36, and then with still no vision prefire a Tether directly onto Abrams.
Wallhacks: 1:57 Shoots at Infernus hiding behind a wall immediately after peaking a wall of their own not realising he isn't in LOS.
Wallhacks 2:11 - Shoots 3 bullets directly at Abrams and Infernus behind a very obvious wall right after jumping above bridge
Bullet curving 2:17 - Bullets magically curving to hit Infernus while not directly aiming at him
Bullet curving 2:22 - Bullets magically curving to hit Abrams while not even close to looking at him
Insane bullet curve 4:19 - After hoping a wall, with no clear vision on Infernus, the first bullet Vindicta fires does an absolutely diabolical curve and hits Infernus.
Bullet curves at 13:00 - Look at how the bullets are literally HOPPING at Infernus, its crazy lol
Idk if this stuff can even be detected because there does seem to be attempts at obscuring it during the match and the aim assist doesn't seem to be triggering for every shot, maybe about 1/3rd of them. Hopefully this gets sorted and VAC can detect this type of cheating. Either that, or its an issue with the replay somehow messing with character aiming position / bullet trails, which hopefully isn't the case.
