Msg : The autoban system works toooooo slowly and can't detect users who use exploits or third-party tools, even when they're clearly using them without trying to hide it
For ragebait users who about to comment, yes, the game is clearly still under development, but no one wants to deal or encounter with some bs, right?
even though it's still in development, the game already has an anti-exploit system installed
they (game developers) could just modify it to make it work again. and if you think cheating isn't a problem, you probably have an iq under 80 or a psychopath
Suggestion from me when the game is growing more and more popular, i'm suggesting an idea to add some sort of verification, such as phone number verification (not emails, since you can create multiple gmails without any verification). with proper verification, cheaters will be more aware and might stop cheating. this can be used for ranked matches
Extra Step
if the work is truly developed by steam themselves, you could implement things like a game ban record on the steam profile, ip bans to prevent cheaters from using alt accounts, or even an account cooldown system (for example accounts must be at least 30 days old to play the game) this could do some tricks.

Pros :
- less motivation to cheat, since getting banned would also ban the phone number, meaning they'd have to buy a new one
- adds accountability, making players think twice before using exploits
- improves the overall quality and integrity of ranked matches
- discourages alt account abuse
Cons :
- adds an extra step that could make onboarding harder for new players
- determined cheaters may still find workarounds with virtual numbers or burner sims
- players in some regions may have limited access to phone numbers or sim cards
- innocent players could get banned if the anti-cheat system is unreliable or inaccurate
