installed on my nvme C drive
I love this game so much but no matter what I do, no matter what settings I change or how much I overclock my GPU and CPU I still get terrible performance, especially in fights. This issue has steadily been getting worse and worse over time with the new patches. I probably am getting a cpu bottleneck as lower graphics settings do not seem to fix this issue at all and actually make it worse. On high settings, I average about 60-70fps in lane, and in teamfights it can dip to the 20s and 30s.
