Bad/buggy interaction between Kelvin's ult and Viktor's

After the Viktor was killed, Kelvin placed his ult at the edge of Viktor's "corpse". As a result, Viktor's ult was negated/did nothing (as if he was outside the dome), but he was spawned inside Kelvin's ult.
