Backstabber's Move Speed Buff Requires You To Return To Your Base Move Speed Before The "Out Of Combat" Sprint Timer Starts

I'm not sure what the bug is here, you're dealing damage from the backstabber tick, so you're in combat, so your sprint speed is disabled. What am I missing?

You know what I'm stupid lol. I never use the item and was honestly just looking for items that increase move speed to add to my build and forgot about the damage tick honestly keeping you in combat. That makes so much sense, my bad.
