Avoided character counts towards character select minimum of 4

When selecting 3 characters and avoiding 1, the client lets you click the play button but doesn't allow you to start queue (since you haven't met the minimum quota of 4 characters). If you are in a party, it puts you into a state where you cannot edit your roster, but you are also not in queue, and can't cancel queue. Your friend must cancel for you.

Suggestion: do not allow the player to click the play button unless 4 characters are selected, not including the avoided hero.

I also experienced similar earlier today, seems to also happen with non-new hero restrictions. Had 3 new heroes, 2 non-new heroes, and 1 non-new hero avoided. I can't replicate the issue solo, so it might be party specific. I had my 5 heroes selected, avoided Seven, and the button became available so I pressed queue, but then it did the thing where it locks you out. For me this was specifically two overlaying error messages whenever I would try and click on standard match again, one for already being in queue and needing to cancel, and the other for my roster being invalid.
