Theres a lot of spots in the new map that ava gets slowed in for seemingly no reason. Some spots are the stairs that go to the urn drop offs from the sewers, secret shop sometimes, and the doubles stairs. Also enemies can punch you in return from shadows and its slows you down a bunch. its been like that for a long time but theres no way that can be intentional. if it is please change it as it is absolutely stupid.
