Autobuy queueing before game start does not open hotkey select menu

When queueing active items for autobuy before the game starts, it will not open the menu for selecting the hotkey.

For example quicksilver reload. If it's queued before game start it will not get purchased if inside the shop, with enough souls and clicking the button or button combo.
