Auto shop feature gets interacted with even if mouse isn't visible

This little UI, or any stats you can hover atop of, will show up even if i'm not holding tab and am just trying to shoot someone, should my invisible cursor go above it

this resulsts in sometimes flicking to a target and being unable to shoot them, until i forcefully move my cursor away (by doing a 360° spin)
