Aura Antiheal Item

I think an aura-based antiheal would be neat.

Would offer an antiheal option for close-rangers and be resistant to debuff removal via a consistent aura. (Yeah, I wanna fight Victor head on)

As a spitball:

T3 green, Hungry Heart

Apply healing and stamina regeneration reduction to enemies around you
[35%] healing reduction, [20%] stamina regeneration reduction
15m radius

When an enemy hero dies in the radius, gain a decaying move speed bonus [3 m/s] [4 seconds]
or
When an enemy hero dies in the radius, receive a heal [275+] (upgrade from healbane)
or
When an enemy hero dies in the radius, gain a stamina

And throw a fun stat on something that rewards frontlining or AoEs, like:
+ spirit resist
+ ability range
+ melee resist

I think this item is too strong. You apply healing reduction just by standing next to enemy, reduce their stamina regen, no limits on count of affected and gain bonus on hero kill. It should be in T4 tier.

Healbane also has no limit on the number of people affected and you only need to deal spiritual damage to the enemy regardless of the distance, having to stay close to the target is actually more of a disadvantage than an advantage, because heroes who deal damage from afar will not benefit much from this item, and 15m is the same range as the hunter aura, I don't think it's such a strong item to be T4, I think T3 is great for it. The item would basically be a healbane that requires staying close to the enemy and that causes the additional effect of reducing stamina regeneration, other than that it is the same as the healbane.

You already have this in the form of Healbane, which is already a really strong item that doesn't need an upgrade.

Why would they needs anti-heal AND stamina reduction AND a reset in a single item? This just makes it way too easy to chase squishies. Frontliners already have a whole plethora of very busted items right now, they don't need yet another one that cements frontliner meta even harder.
