Astral Harness (Active Mobility)

Name: Astral Harness
Type: Vitality
Tier: 3 (3000 cost, +17% base health)
Component (of): Nothing

Attributes
-25% air resistance (Being in the air naturally slows the player, especially when using certain abilities such as Yamato's Power Slash. This would reduce that slow)
+50% double jump height
+50% down-dash speed
Active Ability
Become 90% resistant to gravity and increase air resistance reduction to 75%. 9 second duration, 32 second cooldown. Using stamina cancels the effects. Cannot be used for 3 seconds if attacked by enemy heroes. After the first second spent 'flying,' movement speed will be capped to 200% of your current movement speed value before scaling down to 120% over 2 seconds.

Explanation
Intended for characters who need extended height advantages or want to use the zipline crouch dismount tech for reduced air resistance without needing a zipline. Imagine an aerial Mcginnis bombardment, a free moving power slash Yamato, or extended flights on existing flying characters. Since using stamina cancels it out, you don't freely move up and down, and you can't immediately activate it in-combat, it's not as oppressive as a flying Vindicta or Grey Talon (besides, their abilities grant them damage bonuses). The item also gives more value to using stamina to move up or down quickly, making it easier to both set up and quickly descend from the ability in order to not be too easily shot out of the sky.

The scaling movespeed cap is to prevent situations where you gain massive airspeed, pop the ability, and glide across the map at hypervelocity for 9 seconds. Instead, you get to do it for 1 second, then get movement capped to a more reasonable value that scales down over time, but is tied to your movement speed.

It's gliding, yes. Extremely slow falling, and much less drag from being in the air. It's basically a niche enabler for abilities that let you move faster or jump higher when you remove air resistance reduction, and for abilities or heroes that benefit more from having a height advantage.

It's also an escape/chase multiplier. If you can avoid getting hit long enough and setup some good airspeed, activating it lets you carry that speed for longer. (but obviously I had to limit how long that lasts)
