Assassinate Ults (Grey Talon, Shiv, Vindicta) Don't seem to care about spirit shield

No matter how much spirit shield you have, ultimates that determine if you die or not when below a certain health threshold will kill you even if the ultimate itself deals no health damage. In the case of vindicta it just deals the added damage, even if it doesn't break your spirit shield and touch your health.

This isn't a particularly common situation, but with the right combination of items its very possible for these ults to over perform and kill a player that had enough shield+health to absorb a full execution from the ultimate even if we considered the % threshold as additional damage.

Doesn't the game say that if a target has less than x% health, it will kill it? Shields are separate from health, so they don't count as HP.
