Background:
Terry was set up for success. He graduated from law school with honors, passed the bar, and was intent on becoming the best lawyer in New York. That is, until he stepped on a path he shouldn't have and was spirited into the realm of the Fae. He was at the mercy of Fae courts where simple phrases could sign away decades of servitude or aspects of one's identity. Quickly, he learned to put his learning into effect, turning the power of words upon his captors. After some amount of time, he returns to this world and though he looks no different, a shadow hangs over him. He sees the chaos of the Ritual and the world at large, seeking to use his wish to create a world without deviance from written law.
Appearance:
Late 20s male in a disheveled suit with muted whites , blues, and greens. He wields a sling in one hand and an iron buckler strapped to his other forearm. A crown and lapel pin of dried purple and white flowers reminds him of his time in the Fey realms. Tired looking face. Messy, shortish hair.
Weapon (Public Opinion):
Terry's weapon of choice is a sling made of braided rope, sourced from the Fey realms. He throws sling bullets made of cast iron that are inscribed with words of power. The weapon has a small magazine (around 3-5 shots because that's all he can hold in his off hand). There's a slight delay between shots for him to spin the sling and cast the projectile, but the reward for the awkwardness of his weapon is solid damage, fast projectile speed, and a good range before damage falloff. Slightly lengthy reload as he reaches into a pouch on his hip to get more sling bullets.Ability 1 (Cross Reference):
Terry throws an enchanted sling bullet at the enemy. On hit, it deals damage and marks them, making their outline visible to you and your allies (the same outline that camps have when you're kinda near them). Additionally, your allies' damage is increased against the target. A potential T3 upgrade could be putting a burst of damage on ability expiration based on the amount of damage taken.
Ability 2 (Refutation):
Terry holds out his enchanted shield, creating a wide translucent shield that absorbs a set amount of damage, scaling with spirit. Upon duration expiry, taking the full amount of damage, or manually cancelling the ability, the shield bursts in a short (5m~) but wide cone that knocks back enemies. Upgrades could include giving more shield health, more damage, or even giving allies behind the shield a percentage of the shield's total HP as a barrier.
Ability 3 (Lengthy Discussion):
Terry's passive. At long range (30ish meters but subject to change), Terry's attacks build up a slow upon the enemy which is triggered once full. Upon ability proc, the target's movement speed is reduced moderately, but they can still dash and use movement abilities. Additionally, Terry does extra damage scaling with spirit. Upgrades could include slow scaling, build up increase, or even locking out movement abilities.

Ability 4 (Final Verdict):
Terry calls upon the Fae, summoning ethereal butterflies carrying a guillotine blade over a targeted player. After a duration (3-5 seconds), the blade falls and deals heavy damage to the enemy. When used on an enemy that has a kill streak (or alternatively has the most souls or has most recently killed your team), it executes below a certain threshold.
