As Abrams, can't move, shot, use abilities, or chat.

What the title says. I am unable to do anything in game while playing as Abrams, be it a public match or a private bot match. At least the Escape key works. As the video shows, there was another player (a Vindicta) who was experiencing the same issue. I tried to play as Kelvin in a bot match, and he works just fine.
