Artic Blast can cancel apollo's ult animation start up. If artic blast hits apollo before he puts on the mask, the whole ult gets canceled. Doesn't work for any other hero's ult with wind up like warden or gray talon so think its a bug.
Edit: I guess its not a bug? Since its rooting and paige's and grave's root ability cancels it.
