Armor Piercing Rounds (APR) Ignores McGinnis Wall & Kelvin Dome

Hello, I was testing APR and it can shoot thru McGinnis wall inconsistently, and there's a way to get it to shoot through kelvin dome if both heroes are close to the wall inside the dome & just outside of the dome.

Those are armor piercing so they are piercing armored walls
