Area on Urn spawn pedestal dealing 100 tic damage?

Title was basically the whole deal, i was playing calico on yellow lane and went cat-mode right next to the tall wall where urn usually sits. Immediately after i took 100 damage consistently per second until i moved away. Tried it again later and it very much can be recreated, although it only triggers when cat duration is about to run out.
