Are Shiv / Talon ult supposed to counter Cheat Death?

Honestly not sure if intended or not, it's a reasonable game mechanic but since I just died because of it I thought I'd report it in case it's not intended. Basically Shiv ult / Max lvl Talon ult will kill you even when you're death immune.

shiv can kill enemy in cubes. thats definitely a bug. Shiv now executes anything
