Arcane Surge's Inaccurate "Modifies" Tab

In the shop, the "modifiers" tab for Arcane Surge claims that its passive can affect items. This is contrary to the description of Arcane Surge's passive and a small test shows that it doesn't work in practice. The damage, range and duration of Alchemical Fire are unaffected by having Arcane Surge and dash-jumping.

Arcane Surge also incorrectly states increasing range cast of abilities but does not. Bebop for example has every part of its stat increasing with the exception of the initial cast.
