Arcane Surge Spirit Power Missing

Tried using Arcane Surge on Warden and noticed that the next Ability Conditional +20 Spirit Power didn't seem to be proccing with all the abilities. Tested a few heroes in training mode:

All abilities listed do not proc

Warden:
Binding Ward
Last Stand

Seven:
Static Charge

Pocket:
Enchanters Satchel
Affliction

Kelvin:
None

Infernus:
Flame-Dash
Afterburn (didnt expect this one to work)
Concussive Combustion

Anyway small list didn't test them all.

Too lazy to record to actually time, but I think for warden ult it changes the channel time, and then doesn't affect the actual ult at all
