Arcane Surge + McGinnis: Extra Range only affects Indicator, does not actually increase if you leave and re-enter the circle.

I also was surprised to see that the visual targeting radius seems to be a bit smaller than the actual damage radius of the ability:

Despite the increased radius showing visually, the range of the ability is not actually increased if you leave and re-enter the circle.
