Arcane Surge doesn't affect Mo and Krill Burrow

Arcane Surge on cast should add 15% Ability Range, Duration and Spirit power, but Mo and Krill burrow is 2-staged ability, and because of this, everything get's ignored in second part.
So if you activate Arcane Surge on Burrow, it actually adds 15% duration to it and shows that un-burrow attack is larger, but when you actually un-burrow, every buff from arcane surge get's ignored (Range of unburrow is smaller than shown in burrow, your spin time is same (1.5s) while it says duration is longer, Spirit Power doesn't acctually get's added so damage with/without arcane surge is the same). I believe this bug existed since shop rework.
Makes potentially really good Mo&Krill item just not working on his main ability.

Funny thing is it works as intended, the complain here is that they make burrow and unburrow ability a combined ability but i feel like that would mess up alot of things and techs with mo (dash/double jump in unburrow, dash/punch in pseudo burrow state)
