1. Arcane Surge’s buffs end the moment the linger ends when you leave specter. This means losing the range increase instantly. The visual continues to show the larger range though, meaning a larger visual than the healing AoE actually is.
2. Arcane Surge’s buffs are ending 15% too soon, because it’s not tracking it’s own duration increase. However, the duration increase to Specter is snapshotted apparently when it’s cast, likely related to it’s new linger change. So this means Specter is losing Arcane Surge’s range buff only. This is the same case with Heavy Barrage. It’s duration is snapshot on cast, and it will get the Arcane Surge buffs for it’s base duration, then lose them in the last 15%, including Spirit.
