Arcane Surge does not work on Victor

Arcane surge says it increases ability range, but this seems not to work on victor's aura when you dash-jump. I think this is a genuine bug that makes the items not do what it says on this hero.

You need to pop aura after dashjumping. It won't increase mid-cast. This is intended behavior.

No it does not work that way. Even procing aura of suffering after arcane surge dash-jump, the radius does not increase. I can literally see it in game and in sandbox and in menu. Actually try to check and test again before responding, who even are you to lie like that.
