arcane surge does not work correctly

When you activate arcane surge and then use yamato's power slash, it does not add bonuses in the item description.

it seems to give a spirit bonus for a short moment before the power slash is charged. In the ultimate yamato ability, when using an item, the charged first skill works as it should.

all bonuses are given for a short period of time.abilities do not have time to take bonuses from using the item. Geist ult is literally canceled at the maximum radius after the buff from the item.if Lady Geist throws a bomb at her feet, the bonuses from the item will work, however, if you throw the bomb far away after using the item, the bonuses will not have time to work.a very dubious item, sometimes literally useless.

I actually made an account just to post this bug. It works normally with her Crimson Slash, but the Power Slash gains no damage bonus.
