When using arcane surge, ballistic enhancement or mystic expansion on Apollo's 2nd ability, the dash appears to be the same distance. However, anything with global ability range like cultist sacrifice or greater expansion affects the dash distance. This game is literally unplayable until my dash moves me the appropriate distance.
