Anti-shield item

Since deadlock is getting a lot of new characters that grant shields, and a lot of items give you shield. Why not make a 3.2k item, doesn't matter green, purple or orange, an item that does more damage if you have a shield up or just straight up shreds through shields. Shields are becoming a big part of the game and they are getting pretty strong, give us something so we can counter shields.

There aren't many barriers in the game right now, and we also have an item that removes all buffs and barriers—Curse.
However, yes, the growth of barriers is well-noted. Therefore, if barriers become more numerous, we'll need an option (besides Curse) that allows us to counter a hero with a large number of barriers.

I 100% agree, barriers will become a big thing in the game in the near future i feel like. Just like you said if it does, we need more than curse.
