Thought of a way Nether Ward could be transferred to this game and built a character around it. Ended up with this. The 1 and 2 aren't as developed as the other two, they're just Templar Assassin's Refraction and High Templar's Psi Storm with extra fluff. I intentionally did not include hard CC into the kit.
Possible play: Wait for hard CC like Static Charge, get on top of enemy with Barrier T1 and pop Veil. Plant Evil Eye somewhere safe and stack Mind Storm on enemy in the bubble.

- Typo: 25m RANGE. Evil Eye only damages the caster when triggered.
- T2 might not need 30% evasion
