An Eldritch Necromancer/Alchemist... with portals.

Mercy Kill - Ultimate - Execute a friendly player, then bring them back refreshed.

It is technically a resurrection, but with a caveat: It is not a typical resurrection. You cannot bring back friendlies that were killed by enemy team. This isn't Overwatch Mercy's "Heroes Never Die" ability. This is a heal, cleanse and refresher put into one package... Because I played Tactical Breach Wizards and I found the concept of killing your allies in order to heal them hilarious.

Mercy Kill does 4 things:
  • Deny enemies a kill. Because you killed them, all credit goes to you. So your enemies won't get any souls from that battle. (You however won't gain any souls from that.)
  • Heal the target, because the were respawned.
  • Dispell/trigger effects, because they respawned fresh most of the debuffs like Afterburn or Slows are gone... but because they died things like Siphon Bullets will trigger and grant your enemies a buff. Watch out for that
  • Refresh the cooldowns of the executed friendly, including their Ult. This is the main draw of this ability and why, even if someone were to use it maliciously, would still end up somewhat helping your team. I don't know by how much it should refresh at the start. But I think a fully upgraded Mercy Kill could instantly refresh all abilities on your allies.
We also do not have a character that can reduce allies' cooldowns. This concept only exist as an item.

Hell's Gate - Shoot out an arcing projectile that open up a portal where it lands. There can be up to two portals active at the same time.

These portals can do various things such as:
  • Allow you and your allies to cross through and flank your enemies from unexpected angles.
  • Allow you and your allies to see and shoot at your enemies from unexpected angles. This includes your abilities. Think... Splitgate (For balance, your enemies could also shoot through them, but they wouldn't be able to see through those)
  • While your enemies can't voluntarily cross through the portal, they can be forced into it by you or your allies. Just use a grab or knockback. Enemies forced into Hell's Gate will pop out on the other side, or the same portal if only one is active. They leave the portal stunned and have a good chunk of their health missing/become more vulnerable to damage.
Possible upgrades for this ability could be healing you and your allies when they cross the portal. (With a cooldown), or opening a portal would temporarily summon tentacles that will grab nearby enemies and drag them into the portal.

Enemies could possibly close these portals with a few melee hits. Like the Sinner's Sacrifice

Sickening Coconation - Dispells temporary buffs from enemies, and apply a "Sick" debuff that prevents other debuffs from wearing off. (Includes Stun and Items)

A rather simple ability, but another concept we don't have in the game yet. Sick simply freezes the timer on the other debuffs that exist on the target - preventing it from counting down as long as Sick exists. Pairs up extremely well with Curse or Silence, as it can extend their duration.

Debuff Reducer will make "Sick" wear off quicker, while Debuff Remover will remove Sick and all other debuffs with no issues.

Possible upgrades for this ability could be applying Debuff Vulnerability on Sickened enemies - making them take more damage from DOTs

Hand Grenade - Pull out a grenade from the 18th century, and light the fuse. The grenade bounces of walls, deals a lot of damage and knockback, allowing you to knock enemies into Hell's Gate. However it has a long fuse so it might be a tricky thing to do.

You can cook it in your hand and run at enemies with it in your hand, and it will not damage you when it explodes in your hand... Because Bebop also doesn't take damage when he does that.
