Alternative Cast Button does not work when Ability or Item Hotkey is Mouse Wheel Scrolling up or down.

The title explains it. If you assign mouse wheel up or down to an item or an ability hotkey and then hold the alternative cast button, the ability or item does not get alt-cast. Instead, nothing happens.

I'll bump this.
I also found an issue with Right Mouse click. Normally Alt Fire, Right Mouse click needs to be unbound from Alt Fire before operating as Alternate Cast properly.
Currently, if Right Mouse click was still bound to Alt Fire and you also bounded it to Alt Cast, Alt Fire would operate.
