Summary: Having Alt, Shift or Ctrl + Mouse Scroll up or down as an item shortcut will not use the item when using that keybind, however, the item will be used when ONLY using Mouse Scroll, casting 2 items at a time. See attached photos for keybind setup.
Expected behavior: Item 1 is used when Scroll up, Item 3 is used when Alt (or Shift or Ctrl) + Scroll up
Actual behaviour: Item 1 and 3 are used when Scroll up, nothing happens when Alt + Scroll up
Setup: Set an item to a mouse scroll (up or down, doesn't matter), set another item to Alt + that scroll)
