Alt cast rebound to escape

While testing different keys to have alt cast on I accidentally put it on escape, now I cant get to the pause menu at all, is there any way to reset the key bind through the files or f7 commands?

Edit: saw in another thread you can hold tab and click menu in the bottom corner to fix key bind from there
