Allow Vyper to dash while sliding

I talked about it in the discord a little bit but I think it would be cool if Vyper could dash while sliding to keep her momentum during a slide for longer and for general mobility. At first I felt like a regular dash would be ok even if it removed her from the slide but then I realised its a perfect opportunity to give her a cool thing where when you dash she stays on the ground, slithers more aggressively and gets a bit more turn control to make her even more slippery but idk if she'd need a stamina cap while sliding for it to not be too ridiculous
